It’s made in 18/10 stainless steel and has a thicker boiler wall than their original design. Plus, it’s built with a patented safety valve for easy cleaning, an ergonomic handle, and it's compatible with gas, electric, and even induction stoves.
This pot is especially great for slow mornings when I want to enjoy being present. There’s no noise, no flashing lights, no digital timer. Just a gurgle when the coffee starts to rise, that beautiful aroma, and the deeply satisfying pour. It brews a cup that’s richer and more nuanced than you'd expect with minimal effort.
Just fill the bottom chamber with water up to the safety valve, scoop in ground coffee, screw on the top, and place it on the stove. Once it starts to gurgle, your coffee is ready. I've packed it for roadies, camping trips, you name it. Cleaning is just as easy—rinse with warm water, no soap, no dishwasher.
